Shipping & returns.

The reservation deposit

Your reservation deposit is fully refundable. Reserving your spot in the founding batch places a small deposit that holds your place in line. It is not a final purchase, and you can request a full refund of the deposit at any time before your order is finalized.

When Foomie is ready to ship, we'll contact you to confirm your order and collect the remaining balance. At that point you can complete your purchase or cancel and have your deposit returned in full.

Foomie is currently in its founding-batch pre-order phase. First units are expected to ship in early 2027. We'll email every reservation holder with confirmed timing before we charge any remaining balance.

Returns & refunds

30-day return window

Once you've received Foomie, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund if it isn't right for you. To be eligible, the device should be in good condition with all included parts.

Damaged or defective items

If your Foomie arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please reach out within a reasonable time of noticing the issue so we can help quickly.
